Labor is the most glorious and greatest! On the morning of April 30, a grand celebration of the International Labor Day was held in Hefei. At the meeting, model workers, advanced individuals and advanced collectives in Hefei were commended. Our Director of R&D, Cao Cheng, was awarded the honorary title of “Model Worker of Hefei”. Huayi’s Technical Center also received the honor of “Workers’ Pioneer of Baohe District” on April 22.
Cao Cheng currently serves as the head of R&D at Huayi Pharma. He has previously been honored as the leader of the Hefei Blue-collar Innovation Studio, an e-class senior talent of Hefei, one of the top ten innovative individuals in Hefei’s service outsourcing industry, and a head of technical of one of the top 20 CRO units nationwide.
He is a member of major projects in the pharmaceutical field, a member of the Luzhou Industrial Innovation Team, a member of major science and technology projects in Anhui Province, an inventor of the first Excellent Invention Patent Exhibition of Heifei City. He has obtained six invention patents and has filed for over 150 invention patents. With rich professional skills and management experience, he strictly demands himself at work, maintains a rigorous work attitude, pays attention to details, and completes every task with dedication. This honor is a great recognition of his hard work and outstanding contributions.
Established in 2007, Huayi’s Technical Center has an expert committee and a technical committee, consists of formulation process R&D center, generic drug/new drug R&D center, pilot laboratory, intellectual property management center, informatization center, comprehensive office and industry-university-research cooperation. The Center mainly engages in the research and development of generic drugs/new drugs, the research and development of process technology in the clinical stage of new drugs, the innovative optimization of traditional production processes for marketed drugs, and the research and development of green manufacturing processes.
The “Cao Cheng Blue-collar Innovation Studio” and the innovation team led by Cao Cheng have assisted the company in successfully developing over 40 products and nearly 100 strengths and achieving commercial production smoothly. This honor received by the Huayi’s Technical Center signifies the widespread acknowledgment of the Center’s outstanding performance and team spirit in society.
