Senior and middle-level managements and key staff from various departments of the company attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, the chairman explained the background and purpose of the meeting, and introduced the main agenda. Then, senior managements from various fields delivered their speeches.
Firstly, the Head of Quality elaborated on European inspection work and emphasized the importance of regulatory compliance, and stressed that as employees of Huayi, it’s imperative to ensure regulatory compliance, as compliance is both safeguard and lifeline. Then, the General Manager of the Domestic Marketing Center rallied the company to achieve its operational goals, proposed orienting towards market demand, establishing a mechanism led by business, enhancing communication and collaboration between departments, fostering inclusivity, and strengthening the cohesion and combativeness of the entire team, and emphasized the need to enhance both individual and team execution capabilities.
Then, the General Engineer briefed on the construction work of the new site. Firstly, he introduced the engineering progress of the new site and the new workshops at current site, explained the difficulties in the current construction work and encouraged all colleagues involved in the construction to see challenges as opportunities for learning, growth, and development.
Finally, the chairman addressed the company’s management reform works, reiterating the necessity, purpose, and requirements of the reforms and emphasized the need for senior and middle-level managements to keep in step with the company to implement all aspects of the reform.
