Huayi responded quickly with multiple departments in coordination under the leadership of General Manager Gao Yu in the face of the sudden epidemic. positively responding to the CPC Central Committee’s call for scientific epidemic prevention and work resumption as well as the demands of governments at all levels and epidemic prevention and control headquarters in Anhui Province, video teleconference was held and an epidemic prevention working group established to promote epidemic prevention and control and work resumption at the same time. As one of the enterprises firstly approved for work and production resumption on 10th, Feb, Huayi was unanimously affirmed by the inspection teams in provincial, city and district level.

Under the situation of “the epidemic prevention and control cannot be relaxed and work and production resumption must be stepped up”, Huayi fights together with those who engaged in pharmaceutical industry. In terms of work and production resumption, Huayi resumed almost full R&D capacity within one week and 70% production capacity within three weeks which effectively reduced the impact of epidemic and created favorable conditions for achieving the set economic targets for the year.
